Yelp is another platform that’s sole purpose is to give consumers a place to review products & services from businesses. Since yelp is all about reviews it is not only important to respond to these reviews on Yelp but it is also important to respond to these reviews in a timely manner. The easiest way to do this is to set a couple of days  week designated to checking in on reviews to make sure you never go over a day or two without responding. Yelp also adds on to SEO for your site & gives your site another platform to be found on in the SERPS (if you have a yelp page it will come up as its own link).
