In case you haven’t seen it, Google is rolling out a new mobile-friendly algorithm on April 21st that promises to have a bigger impact than the Google Penguin or Google Panda updates did.
A source at Google confirmed that the new algorithm will have a “significant impact” on mobile search results. This may not be bad news if most of your traffic comes from non-mobile sources, but if you currently get a lot of visitors who find you on their smart phones or tablets, you’d better prepare. Currently is its estimated that 50% of Google searches are done on mobile devices.
