Is Google Testing a New Format for Sitelinks?

Google has been testing out new formats for Google Sitelinks. Sitelinks are located under the search results snippets on most sites. Normally, sitelinks look like simple blue links under the search result snippet that hyperlinks important pages within the website.  Google has revamped the format of the sitelinks with a new user interface.

Google is now testing sitelinks to look more like a card carousel format or in a block.
