How to do a Google Places Bulk Upload

If your business has multiple locations, you could be eligible to use Google Places Bulk Upload. Google My Business Locations can be found here: https://www.google.com/local/manage/. Using this tool, you can circumvent the postcard verification process. This tool makes the Google My Business verification process quicker, but it has many specifications that must be fulfilled.

The Bulk Upload tool requires that the business is a storefront that services customers at the store location. You will need to have access to an email address that uses the same domain as the business. So if were submitting our business, we would need an email address like this: “person@getfoundquick.com”.

If you have more than 10 locations, the easiest way to do Google Bulk Upload is to download the template spreadsheet that specifies the information that is required for the upload. The required information for a Google Bulk Upload to work is the following: Name, address, city, state, postal code, country code, main phone, category, and the store code.

Once your spreadsheet is completely filled out, you can submit the listings through the Bulk Upload, and select “Verify All”. Be sure to use your email address associated with the website. The Google Local team will review your submission and email you in a few days to let you know if they need more information, or if your submission has been accepted.
