Google to Support Crawling & Indexing on Local-Adaptive Web Pages

Google has announced they will offer ads support for web pages that have progressively improved content based on language settings or IP origin. Google now has a handle of this content by sending GoogleBot from multiple IPs across the world and setting language settings by creating two new locale-aware crawl configurations:

Geo-distributed crawling – Googlebot would start using IP addresses that appear to be coming from outside the U.S.

Language-dependent crawling- Googlebot would start crawling with a Aceept-Language HTTP header in request.

Google does recommend people to use different URLS based on having specific content for different countries and languages. The purpose for this support  is to help Google understand sites that deploy locale-adaptive techniques.
