Link spamming is a negative SEO practice that you want to avoid at all cost as it is extremely frowned upon in Google’s eyes. Google will continue to punish US sites and webmasters that use link spamming as a way to gain traffic, and are going to enforce this practice globally. Not too long ago Google had eyes on link spammers in Poland and Germany and plan on continue their search for link spammers through out the world. They will be moving their focus to Italy and Spain on link spammers. Google’s head of search spam, Matt Cutts, tweeted his friendly reminder to both Italian and Spanish link spammers to avoid unnatural links to promote their site. Doesn’t matter where you find yourself on the web Google will continue to enforce the rules!
