When a user looks for hotels on Google, hotel results show up on Google Maps. When one clicks on a hotel listing, it will show you information about the hotel as well as reviews. Now, not only does Google provide reviews from themselves, but as well as additional reviews from third-party websites including Booking.com, Priceline.com, Agoda, and more. Google displays deep-linked reviews from the web but is limited to the sites mentioned beforehand and for the first time third party platforms, TripAdvisor or Expedia were not on the list.
