Have you ever been driving around and realize your car is on empty? We have all been there, and with a quick Google search of the word ‘gas’ you will be able to find gas stations near you with Google’s local 3 pack. But what’s even better is you will no longer have to drive from station to station looking for the best prices. Now you will be able to see the price at each station right in Googles search results.
Google is now displaying gas prices in the local 3-pack. Now if you search for “Gas” on either your mobile device or desktop you may see Google list not only local gas station but their prices per gallon as well. Bing has been displaying gas prices for some time now but this is a new feature for Google.
This was first spotted by Pete Meyers of Moz earlier this week who shared his discovery on Twitter. Below you can see a screenshot of how this may appear in your search results.
