Google Maps Sent to Mobile Devices

On Google+, Google announced a new feature on Google Maps where you can now sync between the desktop version and the mobile app based version of Google maps. From your desktop version of Google Maps you can click “send to device” which will allow you to send a place you found on your desktop version directly to your mobile device whether it is an iPhone or an Android running the Google Maps app. To use this new feature all you have to do is sign into your Google Maps account on both the desktop and phone version and have the latest version of Google Maps for mobile installed.
