Recently Google has removed the “More Results Near…” option in the Google local search result in an effort to improve the search experience. Google still lists local listings organically in search results but no longer with the option to find more business listings near by. When the link was still an option it could be clicked and searchers were taken to more results in Google maps / local that directly matched the location. This is just the first step to improving the search experience to being more seamless and integrated with available local data.
