Google has now issued new warning signs to site owners if their website is not mobile-friendly. These warning signs are visible in mobile search results but only to the site owner. Google can only provide this information when they are certain that the searcher is the site owner.
Site owners will typically see a snippet that reads, “Your page is not mobile-friendly.” This message is hyperlinked to a Google help page which discusses mobile-friendly compatibility. Below is an example of a site owner’s search result when her website is not mobile-friendly.
