Google+ Bug Causes some Brand Elements to Drop

Claims have come out recently for various brands stating that certain Google+ elements have vanished from the Knowledge Graph that once showed up in Google search.  So, what happened? Google has acknowledged this issue and said that it is simply a bug that is currently being corrected.

Though a fairly minor issue, this bug has impacted the Knowledge Graph that appears on the right side of Google’s search results page.  Certain brands that have a Google+ page may not be displaying specific areas of their profile, especially the “Recent Posts” section.  However, it is important to note that this is applicable to users who are not logged into their Google accounts; those who are in fact logged in should still see this section of a brand’s Google+ profile.

Glitches occur every now and then among various platforms and technologies.  With Google being such a powerhouse and always extremely on point, it is likely that this particular obstruction will be resolved in no time at all.
