Reports say that Google has been testing their new idea for a new navigation layout since February, maybe even earlier. Either way, they have finished testing this new feature and will start implementing. The new app launcher will be on the main navigation bar and is meant to make is easer to access your Google Calender, Drive, Map, Play and the other Google products available.
In addition, to the new navigation app Google has made some minor design changes to their logo. The logo below has a flatter look to it with minor changes to the shades of colors. Google users can expect to see these changes beginning to roll out over the next week!
