Google has set in motion an “automatic item updates” in Adwords to help retailers maintain a consistent visibility in PLAs. It wasn’t until recently Google has disapproved PLA’s when there has been price or inventory variances between the microdata and the product feed on retailer’s websites.
Google is substituting disapproving ads with price and inventory availability in PLAs when a discrepancy is found. This will remain until product data has been updated. This will occur when merchants enable automatic item updates. Although, there is no guarantee your ads will be seen, Google has said that there has been a 50% reduction in price-related item disapprovals by merchants who participated in the beta.
